Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours after purchase if production of the image has not begun. After that any cancellations will incur a $20 non-refundable fee. 

Because of the custom nature of these items, I do not accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds. In the unlikelihood that your item has been damaged, please contact me.
